Electrical Engineer — Semiconductor Fab (Boise, ID)

Aug 2025 – Dec 2025

• New greenfield fab replicating the Clay, NY campus. Sole engineer/designer for the Fab building during the bridging phase between Site Master Planning and Programming.
• Responsible for calculations, modeling, and presenting modifications to 70× 4.16kV LVSSs, hundreds of IPCs, ductbanks, conduits, and miscellaneous equipment.

Electrical Engineer — Semiconductor Fab (Clay, NY)

Apr 2025 – Aug 2025

• Lead EE for a 3MW data center within the Fab building. Responsible for client/vendor coordination, calculations, modeling, budget, and schedule.
• Introduced lithium-ion batteries to replace VRLA as a value engineering exercise. Coordinated NFPA 855, NYFC, FM Global, OSHA, and IEEE P2962 requirements. Authored Alternate Materials & Methods requests and suggested code modifications that were interpreted by the IFC.
• Designed and modeled 8× 1.5MW UPS systems with batteries and 6× 750kW UPS systems across campus buildings.

Electrical Engineer — Semiconductor Fab (New Albany, OH)

• Replication of the Phoenix, AZ 2.9M ft² fab. Lead EE for Mod 1 Process Specific Support Systems, Mod 2 >120V Telecom loads, and ongoing construction services.
• Package design lead for 134.5kV GIS, 7× 4.16kV LVSSs, 700+ distribution boards, and 1,200+ panelboards. Onboarded and trained staff, created org chart, and coordinated deliverables.

• Lead EE for Mod 1 tool tower on a 2.9M ft² fab. Responsible for calculations, drafting, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Created Revit add-ins and automation tools. Implemented a One-line Database in Mod 2 with the automation team.

• Led full electrical design for a 750,000 ft² government facility renovation with minimal senior oversight. Responsible for power calculations, drafting/modeling, lighting design, lightning protection, generator design, LEED submission, scheduling, budgeting, and services during construction.

• Designed electrical systems for a 55,000 ft² semiconductor research facility renovation. Produced calculations, 3D models, vendor coordination, and site visit documentation.

2016 – 2018 · Riyadh, Saudi Arabia & US

• Assisted in design of four LRT projects: single-line development, stray current calculations, AutoCAD/Revit modeling, and quantity management.
• Performed load flow, short circuit, and time-current setting calculations using Amtech software for a constructed airport.
• Traveled to Riyadh to expedite joint venture metro design completion. Authored business unit Revit standards and trained staff.
• Created Revit add-ins to algorithmically lay out electrical rooms and produce electrical quantity takeoffs.
